Services described

Content on this site describes employment consulting and career advisory for public-sector and nonprofit contexts in Germany. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm scope and fee in writing (including email).

No placement guarantee

We provide advisory services, document feedback, and interview preparation. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, promotions, or funding outcomes. Hiring decisions rest solely with employers and organisations.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and original materials are owned by Cognitive Apps Lab Career Advisory unless otherwise noted. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without permission. Materials we prepare for you in a paid engagement (for example action plans or annotated feedback) may be used by you for your personal career process; they remain our intellectual property for reuse in anonymised teaching examples unless we agree otherwise.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring that documents you share do not unlawfully disclose third-party confidential information. You remain responsible for the final content of your Bewerbungsunterlagen and for statements made in interviews.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from career decisions you make after advisory sessions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or other liability that cannot be limited under German law.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Forms that post to a mock endpoint on this static demonstration may show success states for testing; a confirmed engagement still requires our written reply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (DE). Courts in the jurisdiction of our registered office shall have competence where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
