Data we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we may process your name, email address, consultation interest, preferred timing, and the content of your message. If you later engage us, we may process career documents you voluntarily send (for example Lebenslauf drafts) solely to deliver the agreed service.

Technically necessary server or hosting logs may include IP address, browser type, and access time. If you accept analytics cookies, we may process pseudonymous usage data as described on our cookies page.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to enquiries and performing contracts or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a stable, secure site).
  • Analytics only if you consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations such as retention of invoices where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an ongoing engagement or legal claim. Career documents you send for a specific review are deleted or returned within 90 days after the engagement ends, unless you ask us to retain them for a follow-up session. Accounting records are retained as required under German commercial and tax law.

Recipients and processors

Hosting and email providers acting as processors may receive data as needed to operate communications. We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiries for unrelated marketing lists.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, and we will provide details on request.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to legal limits. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your place of residence in DE or where an alleged infringement occurred.
